The Toys 4 Kids website has a secure online ordering facility in place, accepting Visa and Mastercard. To finalise your payment transaction you will be redirected to a Paypal page where you can either login to your Paypal account or choose their other option of submitting your credit card details without having to have a Paypal account.
All prices listed in our site are in Australian dollars.
Simply browse our product range and choose products to add to your shopping cart. You can modify the contents of your basket by using the ‘view basket’ page. When you are ready to purchase the products in your basket proceed to the ‘checkout’ area.
If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an acknowledgement of your order via email. Your order will be attended to promptly. We will advise if there are any delays.

Quantities
Please place your orders early to avoid disappointment in busy periods eg. Christmas. We endeavour to keep our website current with all products listed being available and ready for dispatch. However, if a situation arises that the product you order is out of stock, you will be contacted and have the chance to choose something of similar value. A refund will be at the discretion of Toys For Kids.
Quality Assurance / Refunds
Our toys and gifts are of the highest quality, should a toy be faulty they have a 12 month warranty or should the gift be damaged during delivery please contact us immediately. Arrangements for a refund or replacement will be at our discretion.
Packaging
We will endeavour to package all of our toys and gifts in our gift boxes with the exception of some large items.
Personal Message
When filling out your details you will be asked to write a personal message that will be written on our gift card and than placed with your gift box.
Free Delivery
We will deliver free to the following Riverland towns: Renmark, Berri, Loxton, Barmera, Winkie, Lyrup, Loveday, Moorook, Kingston-on-Murray, Paringa and Cooltong.
Orders will be processed on the day it is received and delivered the following day.
Also if you purchase over $200 your purchases will be delivered free to one destination within Australia.
Delivery
All purchases through our store will be delivered to your door, so please ensure someone will be home. If no-one will be home, please advise in the space provided at checkout where the parcel can be left.
Extra charges may apply if instruction is not given and courier has to call back.
We will endeavour to deliver your gift as promptly as possible. If you are located in a capital city the delivery time is between 2-3 days, delivery to some more remote areas may take up to 5 days. Deliveries to hospitals in capital cities will be within 48hrs, and within 72hrs to hospitals in other areas
